Odaily News: At TOKEN 2049 Singapore, Nasdaq CEO Adena Friedman stated that tokenizing Treasuries, equities, money market funds, and cash could enhance collateral liquidity and unlock billions of dollars in trapped capital across the global financial system. Institutional interest in tokenization has grown significantly over the past year, partly driven by the U.S. GENIUS Act establishing a regulatory framework for stablecoins. She noted that institutional interest is converging with retail demand for round-the-clock trading, with the retail ecosystem roughly 10 years ahead, but moving toward a fully 24/7 market is a massive undertaking for the financial industry, requiring risk and collateral management to operate continuously in real time. She also pointed out that AI is crucial for 24/7 trading, and Nasdaq has already launched digital agents on its risk management platform, initially providing recommendations, with banks potentially using them in the future to take more direct actions. Kraken co-CEO Arjun Sethi said that companies outside the U.S. are also highly interested in tokenization and accessing U.S. capital markets, including a company with approximately $25 million in revenue and larger international firms. Friedman cautioned that not all assets have sufficient liquidity to support a 24/7 trading environment.

Odaily News: Decentralized perpetual contract trading platform Hyperliquid's cumulative protocol revenue surpassed $1 billion as of June 30, 2026. The platform recorded approximately $492 billion in trading volume in the first quarter of 2026, ranking second only to Coinbase by trading volume.
Approximately 97% to 99% of Hyperliquid's protocol fees are directed through the Assistance Fund for open-market HYPE repurchases, with over 41 million tokens cumulatively repurchased and burned, valued at more than $1 billion.
Hyperliquid operates its own blockchain, and HIP-3 allows users to create permissionless asset markets based on price feeds. Protocol revenue primarily comes from opening and closing trading fees, as well as fees charged for creating new markets; funding rates are periodically exchanged between long and short parties, and the protocol does not retain this portion of funds. Odaily reports: The Solana blockchain network plans to reduce its target block time from 250 milliseconds to 200 milliseconds when it enters Epoch 1053 on Friday, completing a series of缩短 adjustments that began at 400 milliseconds in August.
This upgrade will enable the network to produce 5 blocks per second, while simultaneously lowering the compute cap per block to keep overall throughput roughly unchanged.
Faster block production may reduce transaction latency and transaction arbitrage activity, but it will also increase validator voting demands, put pressure on network connectivity, and shorten the transaction validity window. (CoinDesk)
PPP prediction market tool monitoring shows that on Polymarket, the probability of "Gemini 4.0 will be released before October 9" has fallen to 3%, down 47% in 24 hours.
If Google officially releases Gemini 4.0 before the deadline and makes it available to the public, including a public beta or a rolling waitlist open for registration, the market will resolve to "Yes"; otherwise, it will resolve to "No".
Gemini 4.0 must be explicitly released under that name, or officially recognized as the next-generation model after Gemini 3. Versions such as Gemini 3.0 Flash and Gemini 2.5 do not qualify.
Closed testing, private access, and models that are not actually made available to the public do not count. If Google's official website clearly labels a qualifying version and the public can genuinely access it, this will also be considered a formal announcement.
Resolution will primarily be based on official information from Google, with reference to the consensus of credible media reports.

Odaily News: Crypto KOL Ansem stated in a conversation with Market Bubble and Banks that as AI continues to develop and intelligence gradually becomes commoditized, the value of culture, attention, and collective belief will become increasingly prominent.
Ansem believes that if quantum computing risk becomes a substantial threat to Bitcoin, Zcash (ZEC) could achieve a valuation close to Bitcoin by leveraging its privacy attributes and the narrative of being a superior store of value. He revealed that he currently holds a small amount of spot ZEC but has not actively built a long position.
Additionally, Ansem acknowledges Meme coin KOL Murad's view that cultural and belief-based assets may command a premium, but believes it is extremely unlikely that pure Meme coins will surpass Bitcoin in market capitalization. He pointed out that in a future environment where AI Agents proliferate and intelligence supply becomes excessive, personal influence, culture, and collective belief may become sources of value with greater scarcity.
