Binance: 15 networks have resumed withdrawals, with cumulative net outflows of approximately $3.64 billion on November 1
Odaily reports: Binance stated in a post that it began phased withdrawal restoration at 06:00 (UTC) on November 1, and by 12:36 completed the first phase of withdrawal restoration for 15 networks and assets. As of 15:30 that day, Binance had processed a cumulative $4.649 billion in withdrawals and $1.01 billion in deposits, with net outflows of approximately $3.64 billion, accounting for 2.1% of its total $171 billion in assets under management (AUM). Binance said that withdrawal volume surged initially but has since declined and stabilized, while deposit volume has remained at a consistently high level, indicating stable market conditions.
In addition, Binance completed a new proof-of-reserves (PoR) snapshot at 00:00 (UTC) on October 31 and initiated zero-knowledge proof (ZKP) computation. The updated report is expected to be published on the PoR official website on November 2. The team is still testing the remaining networks and assets, and the restoration arrangements for subsequent phases will be announced in due course.
