Binance France to Charge Account Fees Starting Nov 29, Close All Accounts by Year-End

Odaily reports that Binance France will close all customer accounts on December 31, 2026, and starting November 29, will charge a monthly management fee for accounts still holding assets, set at the higher of 0.025% of the account balance or 10 USDC. The fee will first be deducted from the USDC balance, with any shortfall then deducted from other crypto assets.

Binance France has notified users that accounts which have not withdrawn assets before the closure date may be deemed inactive, and assets may be converted, transferred, or otherwise handled in accordance with the terms of use.
