India's Enforcement Directorate raids CoinDCX and Delta-related premises, alleging unauthorized cross-border transactions

Odaily reports: The Bangalore Zonal Office of India's Enforcement Directorate conducted searches at three premises linked to CoinDCX and Delta Exchange from November 4 to 5 under the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA 1999). The Enforcement Directorate alleges that both platforms were involved in large-scale unauthorized cross-border financial transactions related to crypto token derivatives and RWA token trading, with the relevant transaction volume reaching hundreds of billions of rupees.
