According to an official announcement, Binance HODLer Airdrop has launched its 32nd project – Plume (PLUME), an EVM-compatible blockchain built for real-world assets (RWAs). Users who subscribe to guaranteed principal earning (fixed and/or demand) or on-chain earning products using BNB between 08:00 on July 24, 2025, and 07:59 on July 28, 2025 (GMT+8) will receive the airdrop. HODLer airdrop information is expected to be available within 24 hours, and new tokens will be distributed to users' spot wallets at least one hour before trading begins.

Binance will list PLUME at 11:00 PM (GMT+8) on August 18, 2025, and will open trading pairs against USDT, USDC, BNB, FDUSD, and TRY. Seed tag trading rules will apply. PLUME deposits will open at 7:30 PM (GMT+8) on August 18, 2025.
