OKX Star: Security Has No Endpoint — Continuous Review of Wallet Infrastructure and Security Architecture
Odaily reports that OKX Star stated in a post that following the recent security incident at Binance, the OKX team has continued its security protection efforts — not because OKX was attacked, but because it views the incident as a warning for the entire industry. The related work mainly covers four areas: First, tracking the flow of stolen funds with second-level latency, identifying suspicious addresses and transactions, and making every effort to prevent illicit funds from being transferred and laundered through the OKX exchange and Web3 DEX aggregators; Second, strengthening market risk controls to guard against liquidity shocks, cascading liquidations, and the potential spread of market risks; Third, conducting in-depth research on attack patterns and potential vulnerabilities, with a focus on software development supply chain security, AI coding agents, and the new types of security threats posed by their dependent components; Fourth, comprehensively reviewing internal controls, permission management, wallet infrastructure, and security architecture.
