Iranian Foreign Ministry: Negotiations could begin within two days if the US fulfills Iran's demands
Odaily reports: Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Baghaei said on the 2nd that if the United States agrees to fulfill Iran's demands, the relevant plan could be launched within as little as two days, security in the Strait of Hormuz would be restored, and the Iran-US negotiation process would then begin. Baghaei said that any indirect contact between Iran and the United States through intermediaries would be based on Iran's proposed "seven-day plan." Iran "compressed the implementation timeline of the plan in good faith," and whether the plan can be realized "depends on the will and decision of the United States." (Xinhua News Agency)
