Mirae Asset Securities (HK) Completes Tokenized Financing Note Issuance on Solana
Odaily: Mirae Asset Securities (HK), the Hong Kong subsidiary of Korea's Mirae Asset Securities, has completed the issuance of a tokenized financing note on the Solana blockchain. The note is denominated in USD, has a six-month tenor, carries a floating interest rate, and is included under the company's US$3 billion secured structured notes program; the US$3 billion figure refers to the total program size, not the amount of this issuance. Marketnode, a Singapore-regulated digital market infrastructure operator, served as authorized distributor, with support from the Solana Foundation, while Mirae Asset handled token issuance, payments, and full lifecycle management. The note was offered solely through private placement to professional investors who meet the requirements under Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Ordinance, and has not been authorized or registered by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.
