US stock market opens with AI concept stocks broadly rising, Arm up over 9.26%

AI concept stocks rose broadly, with Arm up 9.26%, AMD up 4.7%, Accenture up 4.52%, Dell up 4.09%, and Super Micro Computer up 3.71%.
