The crypto market broadly rose, with BTC briefly breaking through $82,000
Odaily News: On September 21, according to SoSoValue data, crypto market sectors broadly rose, with the Layer 1 sector standing out, up 2.70% in 24 hours. Among them, NEAR Protocol (NEAR) rose 16.44%, Avalanche (AVAX) rose 15.37%, and Sui (SUI) rose 9.78%. Meanwhile, Bitcoin (BTC) rose 0.25%, breaking through $81,000 during intraday trading; Ethereum (ETH) rose 2.08%, briefly breaking through $2,700.
Notably, MAG7.ssi rose 0.90%, DEFI.ssi rose 2.76%, and MEME.ssi rose 1.63%.
In other sectors, the CeFi sector rose 2.33% in 24 hours, with MX (MX) up 3.42% and Binance Coin (BNB) up 2.72%; the PayFi sector rose 2.31%, with Zcash (ZEC) up 3.82%, continuing to hit a new all-time high; the DeFi sector rose 1.65%, with Kamino (KMNO) up 20.57%; the Meme sector rose 0.91%, with Bulla (BULLA) up 4.93%; the Layer 2 sector rose 0.80%, with Starknet (STRK) up 7.20%.
In addition, the GameFi sector continued to pull back, falling 9.15% in 24 hours. Within the sector, Akedo (AKE) fell another 19.80%.
Crypto sector indices reflecting historical sector performance showed that the ssiAI, ssiRWA, and ssiCeFi indices rose 4.87%, 3.51%, and 2.71%, respectively.
