Odaily News, CZ stated at the offline "Binance Life" book meetup in Hong Kong that, as a financial hub, Hong Kong possesses unique advantages in fintech talent, mainland talent mobility, and institutional connectivity. Hong Kong and Web3 form a strong combination. In addition to Hong Kong, he also holds a positive outlook on Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the United States following its policy shift toward supporting the crypto industry.

CZ noted that the development pace of RWA has significantly exceeded his previous expectations, particularly regarding the tokenization of securities. Compared to traditional stocks, which are subject to account opening thresholds, trading hours, and geographical restrictions, tokenized assets can directly reach global investors, helping to improve asset accessibility and liquidity. He believes RWA will become an important development direction in the future, and that stablecoins are essentially a form of RWA representing fiat currency on-chain. In the future, more countries may promote the tokenization of their national currencies.

Furthermore, CZ stated that over the past eight years, DEXs have gradually evolved from Uniswap and PancakeSwap to Hyperliquid, with infrastructure and user awareness having matured significantly. If regulatory policies continue to ease, the development pace of DEXs and the broader crypto industry may accelerate further in the coming years.
