Japanese and South Korean stock markets opened higher

Odaily News On April 15th (Wednesday), Japan's Nikkei 225 index opened up 410.48 points, a gain of 0.71%, at 58,287.87 points, breaking through the 58,000-point level for the first time since March. South Korea's KOSPI index opened up 177.87 points, a gain of 2.98%, at 6,145.62 points. Samsung Electronics' stock price rose over 4%, and SK Hynix's stock price increased by more than 5%. (Jin10)
