She stated that approximately 9% of the ETH supply was allocated to the foundation during the 2014 ICO, and the foundation currently holds less than 0.3% of the total supply, suggesting that numerous addresses associated with the foundation may have existed over the past decade. Previous reports indicate that this associated address sold 1,100 ETH (approximately $5.06 million) at an average price of $4,602.1, and subsequently sold a further 2,794.87 ETH (approximately $12.78 million) within two hours, at an average price of $4,574.4.
