Brazilian crypto deposit and withdrawal services suspended, Nubank says external service provider issue

Odaily reports: Brazilian fintech company Nu Holdings (Nubank) has suspended cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal services in Brazil due to issues with an external service provider. The company stated on Friday that all assets and information are protected, the issue is unrelated to its own infrastructure, and it will not compromise customer safety; the company did not disclose the name of the partner or the number of affected customers. Nubank stated that other cryptocurrency products are operating normally. The company has approximately 120 million customers in Brazil.
