Restored to operation, Initia L1 and Rollups have resumed normal operation

Odaily reports: According to Initia monitoring, Initia L1 and Rollups are now back online and operating normally. The cross-chain bridge and trading platform are expected to restore transfer functionality later today. Out of caution, withdrawal processing for LayerZero OFT assets WETH and AUSD0 will be set to 24 hours; Noble USDC withdrawals will be subject to an hourly limit. The asset backing for AUSD0, USDC.n, and WETH has been fully restored.
