The State Administration of Foreign Exchange: Crack Down Harshly on Illegal Cross-Border Financial Activities

Odaily reports: Zhu Hexin, Party Secretary and Director of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, chaired a Party Leadership Group meeting on October 30, 2026, to convey and study the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the spirit of the plenary session, and to study and plan the implementation of the relevant work. Members of the Party Leadership Group of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange attended the meeting.
