Odaily reports that according to Polymarket Traders monitoring, Polymarket has discovered and fixed an issue affecting its international platform Polymarket.com, caused by the compromise of a third-party service provider. The matter has now been referred to relevant law enforcement authorities, and all affected users will receive full compensation. Out of an abundance of caution, the platform has temporarily suspended trading and is working to restore access. Previously, multiple Polymarket users reported unauthorized transfers of account assets, with trader Car claiming approximately $800,000 was stolen. As of press time, officials have not disclosed the name of the service provider involved or the total amount of losses.
