Over 700 Users Stolen About $2.7 Million, Polymarket Incident Trader Car Accused of Faking Theft
Odaily reports: According to Bubblemaps monitoring, in the theft incident at Polymarket caused by a third-party service provider being compromised, more than 700 users were affected, with approximately $2.7 million in funds stolen. The main attacker address is 0x3F99…Ffc18, and the funds have been converted into POL and transferred out. Bubblemaps also corrected that trader Car, who previously claimed to have been stolen about $800,000, faked the theft, as their asset transfer pattern does not match other victim wallets. As of press time, Car's previously published related posts have been deleted.
