Odaily reports: The Intermediate People's Court of Qiannan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Guizhou Province publicly pronounced the first-instance verdict in the bribery case of Xu Hao, former Party Secretary and Chairman of Guizhou Cloud Big Data (Group) Co., Ltd. Defendant Xu Hao was sentenced to 11 years and 6 months in prison for accepting bribes, along with a fine of RMB 1.2 million; the bribes received by Xu Hao and the proceeds derived therefrom shall be recovered in accordance with the law and turned over to the state treasury.
