MEXC Stops Providing Services to Russian and Belarusian Users

Odaily reports that cryptocurrency exchange MEXC has announced that, in order to comply with global regulatory requirements, it will stop providing services to users in Russia and Belarus. Affected users will receive individual notifications outlining the timetable and procedures for closing positions and withdrawing assets; users who do not receive notifications are unaffected and may continue using the platform in accordance with the terms of service. MEXC stated that user assets are safe and reminded users to be vigilant against phishing links and impersonation accounts. The platform will not request payment or transfers via private messages, nor will it ask for account credentials or seed phrases.
