According to the settlement rules, this market will be settled based on the pre-tax starting price of the lowest-configuration foldable iPhone for the US market as first announced by Apple; if multiple foldable iPhones are announced simultaneously, the lowest starting price among them shall prevail. If no price is announced by 23:59 ET on September 30, the market will settle as "No."
