Odaily News – Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesperson Baghaei stated that U.S. military actions will further escalate the security crisis in the Strait of Hormuz. He noted that this is not the first time the U.S. has committed such crimes, and Iran has responded decisively to every act of aggression. Continued maritime blockades, economic warfare, and attacks on Iran's infrastructure are bound to make the situation in the entire region, especially the Strait of Hormuz, more turbulent. He also accused some regional countries of reneging on their commitments and serving as a springboard for attacks on Larak Island, noting that Iran has carried out strikes on relevant targets.
