Grok and ChatGPT Integrated into Pentagon Military Systems

Odaily News The U.S. Department of Defense has announced that it has introduced Starshield AI's Grok for Government and OpenAI's ChatGPT for non-classified military use, expanding the number of AI assistants on the department's platform. In the announcement, the DoD stated that personnel will have access to "advanced capabilities, including deep-thinking reasoning, adaptive reasoning modes (automatic, fast, and expert modes), customizable workspaces, persistent projects, and reusable 'playbooks' — which can capture and scale institutional knowledge."

The DoD stated: "Starshield AI's Grok for Government helps joint forces execute missions faster and with greater precision across a variety of operational scenarios, ranging from market research analysis for procurement professionals to supply chain management for logistics personnel." (TechCrunch)
