Odaily Planet Daily News On July 16, ChangXin Memory Technologies announced that the final online lottery rate for its initial public offering of shares on the STAR Market (SSE) was approximately 0.47141739%.

The issue price is set at 8.66 yuan per share. There were 9,428,800 valid online subscription accounts, with an aggregate of 816,920 million shares validly subscribed. After the activation of the claw-back mechanism, the final online offering quantity was 3.851 billion shares.
