Iran: Strait of Hormuz Will Not Reopen Under US Pressure

Odaily reported that on July 16 local time, the Iranian Embassy in Lebanon issued a statement saying that the Strait of Hormuz will not reopen due to US pressure and will only resume navigation under "conditions set by Iran." The statement said that the US should accept this reality and that there are only two ways to resolve the related issues: through dialogue, or by accepting that Iranian military forces will force them to comply with "conditions set by Iran."
