Odaily Planet Daily News: The UK Maritime Trade Operations Office has received a report of an incident 8 nautical miles west of Iran. The captain of an outbound cargo vessel reported being shelled and has now stopped the ship on the water. The crew is safe and accounted for. No damage to the ship has been reported. Increased activity has been noted in the Strait of Hormuz area, and ships are encouraged to report any suspicious activity.
