The plan includes implementing financial arrangements and a fee system in Iranian Rial; prohibiting vessels from the United States and Israel from passing through the Strait of Hormuz; safeguarding the dominant position of Iran and its armed forces; banning passage for countries participating in unilateral sanctions against Iran; and Iran will cooperate with Oman to formulate the relevant legal framework.
