Arc, the stablecoin-native public chain by Circle, is currently still in the public testnet phase, with the official mainnet beta launch window set for summer 2026. During this period before the mainnet opens, a batch of testnet projects has already accumulated a degree of discussion on platform X, particularly concentrated in categories with lower participation barriers like NFT, Launchpad, and Meme. The third-party project directory ArcLens has listed 308 projects claiming to be building on Arc.

Below is an overview of payment infrastructure teams that have been officially named by Circle and have real business data, institutional-grade partners listed on the official Arc ecosystem page, and community projects currently under relatively concentrated discussion. Data is as of July 21, 2026, and related information updates quickly, so this is for reference only.

1. Payment Infrastructure Teams Funded by Circle

The following 8 teams are part of the first batch of grantees under the Circle Developer Grant program for 2026, focusing on the African and Global South markets.

Officially introduced by the Arc official blog on July 13, 2026, these are among the few projects in the ecosystem with real business data, though they are mostly enterprise-oriented infrastructure services with limited space for individual user participation. They are listed below in the order introduced by the official blog.

Blockradar (@BlockradarHQ)

A Wallet-as-a-Service infrastructure providing fintech companies in emerging markets with an integrated API for non-custodial wallet creation, gasless transactions, real-time AML screening, fund settlement, and cross-chain liquidity. According to the Arc official blog, in its first 12 months, it processed over $600 million in payment volume for fintech clients in Africa and Latin America, covering 150,000 wallets and 700,000 transactions; real-time data on its website has since grown to approximately $950 million, 182,000 wallets, and 973,000 transactions. These figures are continuously updated by the project team and have not been audited by a third party.

Hurupay (to be renamed Kolan, @kolan_xyz)

Offers USD accounts with real routing numbers for non-US users and businesses. Funds are automatically converted to USDC upon receipt, and users can withdraw to local fiat currency, spend via card, or hold stablecoins to earn interest. It currently serves over 50,000 active users across more than 50 countries, including Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Indonesia, the Philippines, Argentina, and Brazil, processing over $100 million in 15 months since launch.

Myaza (@myazahq)

A Pan-African payment network supporting multi-currency wallets and instant transfers for 21 African currencies, powered by USDC and EURC for cross-border settlement, and offering USD virtual cards, bill payment, and savings account features. It has over 25,000 registered users with 23% month-over-month growth, cumulatively processing approximately $15 million in transaction volume, and has established infrastructure partnerships with Fincra, Yellow Card, and Bridge.

Arrel Technology (DAPL, @ArrelTechnology)

With 8 years of experience in institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure, its new product, USDC Omni-Checkout & Treasury Router, is built on Circle CCTP, allowing African merchants to accept USDC/EURC payments without development, similar to using Stripe. Target the Global South market, with an annual payment volume of $180 million, up 128% year-over-year.

Payrit (@payritHQ)

A USDC-powered cross-border mobile wallet where users only interact with local currencies, with USDC conversion happening in the background to enable near real-time settlement. It has processed over 36,000 transactions worth more than $1.9 million for cross-border transfers between Nigeria, the UK, Canada, and other African countries, supporting EVM, Stellar, and Solana multi-chain wallets.

ViFi Labs (@ViFi_Labs)

A decentralized forex protocol designed for emerging market currencies, employing an AMM architecture specialized for correlated assets to offer near-zero slippage swaps for currency pairs like the Nigerian Naira, Brazilian Real, and Colombian Peso. Currently deployed on the Arc testnet, it is advancing towards mainnet launch, with Arc set to serve as its primary liquidity and forex execution hub.

SFx Money (@usesfxmoneyapp)

A stablecoin digital bank initially serving remittance needs for the Turkish diaspora and African students, which has evolved into a full-fledged digital bank supporting free transfers between Turkey and over 16 African countries, the US, UK, and EU. User numbers have grown from approximately 300 in December 2024 to over 8,800 in July 2026. It is one of the few projects in this grant batch to receive Circle funding for a second time.

Flezpay (@flezpay)

Targeting African retail scenarios, it uses AI-driven smart QR codes to dynamically adjust product prices in real-time, bridging fiat currency and USDC at the point of sale. It has been integrated into 1,613 retail stores, generating monthly recurring revenue of over $31,000.

2. Other Official Ecosystem Partners

The Arc official website's ecosystem page currently lists over 100 verified institutional and project partners, covering categories such as stablecoin issuance, infrastructure, trading, payments, and financial services.

These include heavyweight institutions: BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered, BNP Paribas, BNY Mellon, Mastercard, and Coinbase. Also included are crypto-native institutions and infrastructure projects like Kraken, Bybit, Aave, Chainlink, LayerZero, Fireblocks, BitGo, Centrifuge, Morpho, Curve, and MetaMask.

3. Launchpad / DEX Category

TowerExchange

A native stablecoin DEX aggregator on Arc, leading in awareness and ongoing discussion within this category. It was previously selected for the official Builder Spotlight showcase. In May 2026, the official Arc account posted a dedicated introduction, detailing its features and inviting a live demo. Participation: Connect a testnet wallet directly on the website to experience swap and liquidity functions.

Radar DEX (formerly ArcDEXScan)

A token market tracking and issuance platform on the Arc mainnet, renamed in July 2026 with a new site at radardex.io, which officially supports the Arc mainnet. Functionally, it tracks token prices, market cap, volume, and liquidity, and also includes a token launcher based on Uniswap v3 (with permanently locked liquidity), aggregating data from multiple trading venues like Uniswap v2/v3/v4, DyorSwap, Noxa, and LiFi. Participation: Visit the website directly, connect a wallet, or join its Telegram group for bot updates.

AstraPump

A Launchpad and DEX focusing on one-click token creation and trading, ranking high on the Trending list of the third-party ecosystem directory ArcLens. Its follower base and tweet engagement are relatively prominent among similar projects, primarily attracting meme and testnet player communities.

Lunex

A Curve-style StableSwap AMM specializing in low-slippage swaps for stablecoin pairs like USDC/EURC. It is marked as "Established" on ArcLens. Participation: Connect a wallet directly on the website to experience the swap function.

4. AI / Infrastructure Category

hinkal_protocol

A privacy and confidential settlement protocol that announced its testnet launch in March 2026. The official Arc account has repeatedly shared or mentioned its testnet developments, referring to it as a "Day One Architect." Participation: During the testnet phase, users can try its private transfer functionality.

5. NFT Category

Orixa (ORIXIANS)

A native NFT marketplace on Arc, which will debut the ORIXIANS NFT collection after the mainnet launch. Orixa has not yet confirmed whether it will issue its own token. Its follower base and discussion activity lead among similar projects. Participation: Requires holding a testnet pass and completing identity verification on the official Discord before entering the whitelist registration.

Arc_Punks and ArcPunksNFT

Two independent Punks-themed projects currently exist on Arc: Arc_Punks claims to be the earliest Punks series on the Arc EVM, while ArcPunksNFT positions itself as a genesis collection. They have different teams and launch plans and are frequently discussed and compared together in the community. Based on current information, both plan to open public minting directly after the mainnet launch without requiring prior whitelisting. Participation: Wait for the mainnet launch for direct public minting.

unemployeeonarc

An NFT collection of 10,000 "unemployed" themed pieces. Its account style is quirky and humorous, often using "layoffs" and "unemployment applications" for updates, making it the most distinctive project in terms of tone among its peers. Participation: Whitelist rules have not yet been announced; follow the official account and website for minting times.

ArcCitizens

An identity-oriented NFT project focused on community autonomy and full on-chain functionality. A single whitelist announcement generated rapid and widespread sharing and discussion, making it the most notable real-world example of viral dissemination in the NFT category, with verifiable evidence of real user participation (public whitelist rules, users following processes). Participation: Quote the official whitelist announcement with the text "Arc is coming," change your profile picture to one of the official PFPs, and leave your wallet address in the comments. The previous round opened 100 spots; future rounds will require following the official account for announcements.

6. Meme Category

CatBatHatFatRat

10k followers. A Meme project centered around the five words "Cat Bat Hat Fat Rat," inspired by or originating from a video previously shared by the official USDC account. The website offers interactive features like a PFP generator, community message wall, and waitlist/leaderboard.

The above information is compiled from the ArcLens ecosystem page, Circle/Arc official channels, and public discussions on platform X. For specific rules, please refer to the latest official announcements from the respective projects. Please assess risks independently before participating.

Security Reminder: Recently, third-party websites claiming to be "ARC Bridge" have appeared online (e.g., onbridge.xyz). These pages claim "Arc Mainnet live," luring users to connect their wallets and bridge at least 1000 USDC to the "Arc Mainnet." Upon verification, the official Arc block explorer still clearly indicates "Testnet," and there are no official Mainnet explorers or announcements.

Arc ecosystem contributor Panchu recently posted an educational thread on X: The underlying chain for the Arc mainnet is indeed currently generating blocks (chain ID 5042, block height over 10.4 million, USDC contract deployed), but this is merely Circle's internal pre-release test infrastructure and is not yet open to the public.

Since USDC cross-chain transfers rely on the CCTP "burn-mint" two-step process, any third-party website claiming to bridge assets to the Arc mainnet can only execute the burn on the source chain. The mint proof cannot be generated because the mainnet is not officially open, resulting in assets being stuck and unrecoverable. He also mentioned that some people are already purchasing so-called "mainnet USDC" at a 30 to 100 times premium.

When the Arc mainnet actually launches, the official @arc account and Circle official channels will make a synchronized public announcement. It will not be revealed in advance through private messages or rumors. The only meaningful way to participate currently remains the testnet. Please do not use any third-party "mainnet bridges" to transfer assets.
