KAST创始人：不发行平台代币，拟将用户积分转换为KAST Pioneer Units

Theo Odaily, Raagulan Pathy, founder of stablecoin payment platform KAST, said that KAST will not issue a platform token, but instead plans to convert user points into KAST Pioneer Units issued by a KAST-affiliated special purpose vehicle (SPV). The plan has completed legal review in multiple countries and obtained investor approval, and users are expected to confirm the conversion through the app in early December.

Pathy said that KAST will arrange regular redemption events, but cannot commit to specific redemption amounts, timing, or returns. The company hopes that through this mechanism, community users can share in KAST's development results while avoiding the benefit misalignment issues that traditional token issuance may bring.
