About 1.794 billion USD in stablecoins frozen, CZ says Binance user funds are safe

Odaily News: According to a post by CZ, user funds are safe, and this indeed appears to be a hack targeting Binance. CZ thanked Tether and Circle for quickly freezing the related funds, with the frozen amounts approximately 971 million USD and 823 million USD respectively. CZ stated that he no longer manages Binance.com, but as a shareholder, he expects all user funds to be fully covered. Previously, Binance officially stated that it was investigating potential security issues, and it has not yet been confirmed that user funds were affected.
