The platform also provides specially optimized skills for coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex, supporting automatic task launch, run-status monitoring, and result retrieval.

Odaily reports that the U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has published the final rules implementing the GENIUS Act, becoming the first regulatory agency to finalize stablecoin implementation rules under the legislation. The rules will take effect on January 18, 2027, providing an access pathway for banks and non-bank enterprises to engage in payment stablecoin business, and establishing standards for foreign stablecoin issuers and asset custody.
Regarding stablecoin rewards, the final rules remove the presumption clause in the draft proposal that certain commercial arrangements between issuers and third parties may constitute a violation, but the statutory prohibition on issuers paying interest directly to stablecoin holders remains in effect. The OCC will review issuer-third party relationships on a case-by-case basis and may take enforcement action against conduct that circumvents the Act.
Odaily reports: The French Ministry of Finance, the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), the Banque de France, and the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR) have jointly proposed amendments to the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA), requiring crypto platforms to bear responsibility for certain customer losses when they proactively offer access to DeFi protocols without reviewing those protocols or ignoring known security risks.
France proposes that platforms review relevant protocols before providing DeFi access, continuously monitor for vulnerabilities and suspicious activity, and support the certification of protocols and smart contracts. The relevant requirements would apply fully to significant crypto-asset service providers (CASPs), with proportionally adjusted obligations for smaller platforms.
France also proposes transferring supervisory authority over significant CASPs from national regulators to the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), and lowering the current EU threshold of 15 million daily active users. Additionally, France suggests re-examining the asset-referenced token (ART) category and adjusting the electronic money token (EMT) framework to cover multi-currency stablecoins. (Cointelegraph)

The initiative aims to support cross-border payments and settlement between South Korea and Japan and improve payment convenience for tourists. Odaily reports: After Solana trader Kimchi (@kimchi1x) joined Pumpfun, the namesake Meme coin $Kimchi completed its surge in an extremely short period: social platform records show that approximately 10 minutes after launch, the token's market cap reached $30 million, and after about 1 hour it briefly broke through $40 million. Pumpfun co-founder Alon has publicly confirmed the partnership between the two, stating that Kimchi is participating in the platform's creative direction; Alon also believes that $Kimchi is blurring the boundary between crypto trading and popular culture, forming a new social trading narrative.
On-chain analyst Ai Yi stated that Kimchi's associated wallet withdrew approximately 1.35 billion PUMP from trading platforms over the past 3 hours, worth about $6.43 million; Kimchi is said to hold 75.32% of the total supply of $KIMCHI, and their X account bio has also been changed to @pumpfun. Around this holding ratio, market attention has rapidly concentrated on token distribution and their personal influence.
One address bought 9.91 million $Kimchi with 8 SOL, approximately $848, then sold 4.88 million tokens for 1,045 SOL, approximately $111,000; the address still holds 5.03 million tokens, valued at approximately $171,000, with cumulative profits reported at approximately $282,000. Another on-chain record shows that this trader invested $849.29 when the market cap was only $85,700, then added another $160.2, and has currently sold half of the tokens to realize approximately $111,000 in profit, with the remaining position showing unrealized gains of approximately $162,000.
Odaily Report: BNB Standard (formerly CEA Industries, Nasdaq ticker $BNC) has appointed former YZi Labs investment partner Alex Odagiu as CEO, while announcing it will participate in BNB validator node operations. The company stated that Odagiu joined YZi Labs' five-person investment team in 2021, where he participated in BNB ecosystem development, BNB Chain MVB entrepreneur mentoring, and tokenized equity business. On October 26, Odagiu will join the board, management, investors, and ecosystem partners to ring the Nasdaq opening bell, commemorating the company's rebranding and management transition.
The leadership change is interpreted by the market as BNB Standard shifting from governance restructuring to an execution phase. Related views suggest that after YZi Labs and the former board reached a settlement on June 23, the board now has 3 seats held by each side, with both jointly selecting a seventh independent director; Odagiu's appointment as CEO gives the BNB ecosystem side stronger influence over both the board and management. The company had previously been at a standstill with no sustained BNB purchases, and the market is now beginning to expect it to resume token accumulation and node operations.
BNC's core positioning is as a U.S. equity treasury company holding BNB. Market discussion has particularly focused on its management incentive mechanism: related leaks suggest that the new CEO's compensation is tied to "net BNB holdings per share" and BNB's stock price, which could drive the company to increase BNB holdings and enhance asset value. Another set of market data indicates that BNC's stock price is approximately $5.4, while the BNB value held per share is about $7.10, with mNAV consistently below 1; supporters argue that if the discount narrows to around 1, BNC could gain more upside elasticity than directly holding BNB. Some views also compare this trading structure to GBTC, which previously traded at a discount, and regard it as one way to participate in the BNB narrative through U.S. equity channels.
