Odaily News: Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella published a long article stating that as Super Intelligence systems develop, the industry needs to re-examine AI trust architecture, and cannot simply rely on commitments from model providers, nor outsource the responsibility for AI behavior.
Nadella said that over the past few decades, when traditional software systems were deployed across industries, developers could usually trace behavior to specific code paths. But today's frontier AI models have capabilities beyond traditional software systems, yet cannot clearly attribute model outputs to specific training data or model weight configurations. Enterprises are connecting AI systems with autonomous action capabilities to sensitive data and granting them permissions to perform critical tasks, so they need to build systems with observability, testability, and controllability, separating "intelligence supply" from "permission control."
Nadella proposed that superintelligence should be governed through an engineering approach, constraining non-deterministic models through deterministic system design, human control, and operational processes, and managing AI systems as potential "insider risks," including limiting permissions, recording behavior, and establishing isolation boundaries. He also proposed that superintelligence systems should follow principles such as multi-model collaboration, end-to-end observability, continuous verification, independent control, independent auditing, risk isolation, and incident disclosure. Among them, he emphasized that model chain-of-thought (CoT) transparency is a baseline requirement, but CoT transparency alone is not enough, because model outputs themselves may still lack reliable interpretability.
Nadella concluded by saying that the most trustworthy superintelligence system in the future is not the "most trustworthy model," but a "system that can still operate safely even if the model is not fully trusted."

Odaily News: Crypto analyst Darkfost posted that following the security incident involving Ledger reseller CryptoBilis, other potentially related reseller names have emerged in community discussions, including some Lazada merchants.
Darkfost stated that the full scope of the incident remains difficult to confirm. Although Ledger has confirmed a connection to the CryptoBilis incident, it is still unclear whether CryptoBilis is the only affected reseller. He compiled a list of potentially risky Ledger resellers, noting that due to their regional proximity, there is a possibility that their supply chains were compromised simultaneously. However, Darkfost emphasized that these assessments are speculative and have not yet been confirmed.
Darkfost advised that if users have purchased Ledger devices from the relevant resellers within the past 6 months, they may consider moving their assets to other secure devices before the investigation concludes. He also noted that users can refer to a guide published by security researcher MagicalTux to check their Ledger devices for signs of tampering.
Odaily Report: Bonk Guy posted on X platform stating that he is long-term bullish on USELESS becoming the next-generation representative Meme coin similar to DOGE and PEPE, mainly based on the token's trading data performance. Odaily reports: Hyperliquid News has disclosed that ETH's trading volume over the past 24 hours has surpassed BTC, reaching approximately $1.1 billion. Analysts suggest that this increase in ETH trading volume may be related to a recent incident in which PaperTrade was allegedly exploited through its mechanism, and the associated trading activity may have driven up demand for ETH in the market.
Community user boblob previously disclosed that two wallets were suspected of actively "attacking" the PaperTrade platform, using trades worth approximately $20 million to briefly trigger a small fluctuation in ETH price on the Hyperliquid platform (about 10-20 basis points), and established a "9-figure" long position on PaperTrade. boblob further added that there are clear issues with the current protocol that need to be fixed as soon as possible, otherwise it could affect the protocol's long-term sustainability.
Crypto trader Rune pointed out that PaperTrade's official documentation has in fact already disclosed that its pricing mechanism carries an "attack" risk, noting that the main risk at the protocol level lies in the use of Hyperliquid's order book BBO (Best Bid and Offer) for price manipulation. This risk involves unresolved price manipulation pathways, contract economic mechanisms and risk exposure control, as well as operational-level protective measures and permission management mechanisms.

Odaily reports: Juan Curutchet, head of financial and foreign exchange institution supervision at the Central Bank of Argentina (BCRA), stated that it will not push for the integration of cryptocurrencies and digital assets into banking and payment channels in the next two years. The ban on crypto services by financial institutions introduced in 2022 will remain in effect.
Juan Curutchet pointed out that Argentina's current economic fragility is insufficient to support the advancement of such measures. Whether the ban will be lifted in the future depends on economic conditions, and the relevant topic may be discussed during a second Milei term.
Despite the ban remaining in place, Argentine banking groups are advancing institutional stablecoin projects through independent entities, aimed at programmable money, treasury management, payments triggered by on-chain events, and collateralized credit management.
In the 12 months ending June 30, cryptocurrency transaction value in Argentina exceeded $88.5 billion, making it the second-largest crypto hub in Latin America. (Bitcoin.com News)

Odaily News: For most of this year, South Korea has been a poster child for the global AI boom. Now, by almost every measure, Korean stocks are rapidly losing investor attention. Market trading volume has plunged 70% from its late-May peak, foreign investors are pulling out quickly, and South Korea's local retail investors are also retreating. Behind this reversal is the Korean stock market's excessive reliance on Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix.
Phillip Wool, head of portfolio management at Rayliant Global Advisors, said: "I think for most investors, especially those who only recently entered the Korean market because of the memory chip trade, the biggest challenge is that the easy money in this theme has already been made." He said his fund has been taking profits on Korean AI stocks and is currently underweight SK Hynix and Samsung Electronics. Richard Tang of Bank Julius Baer said: "We are observing that capital is increasingly flowing back to US stocks, which has led to continued foreign outflows from Korean stocks. (BusinessTimes)
