A mysterious entity bought 3,000.5 ETH, with cumulative transaction value reaching $7.06 million

Odaily reports that according to on-chain analyst Ai Yi, a mysterious entity whose funding source is Tornado has cumulatively bought 3,000.5 ETH worth $7.06 million since October 23, and subsequently swapped it for BTC via the cross-chain protocol THORChain. The entity had previously sold ETH in batches at price highs and bought back near recent lows: it sold at $3,109 in January 2026, sold again at $2,679 in September 2026, and bought back at $2,353 in October 2026.
