Nasdaq Composite Index extends losses to 2%, none of the top 10 tech giants by market cap spared

According to MSX.COM data, US tech stocks continued to decline, with the S&P 500 down 1.17% and the Nasdaq Composite down 2.00%. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell only 0.4%.

US tech giants fell across the board: Nvidia dropped 2.95%, Apple slipped 0.05%, Alphabet Class A fell 2.21%, Microsoft declined 1.81%, Amazon tumbled 3.91%, TSMC dropped 3.53%, SpaceX fell 5.1%, Meta plunged 6.51%, Broadcom dropped 3.1%, and Tesla slipped 0.16%.
