PYUSDx Has Processed Over $100 Million in Transaction Volume, Enabling Enterprises to Create Branded Stablecoins Within Days
Odaily News: Payment company PayPal, along with stablecoin infrastructure project M0 and crypto payment platform MoonPay, has launched PYUSDx, enabling enterprises to create stablecoin-based products within days. The platform has processed over $100 million in transaction volume, with Saturn, Concrete, and Cap having already used the technology to launch products.
M0 co-founder and CEO Luca Prosperi stated that PYUSDx leaves the product layer to developers to build, allowing different enterprises to develop different products based on the same technology. USD.AI and Fairblock were also listed as related projects.
May Zabaneh, Senior Vice President and General Manager of PayPal's crypto business, said the stablecoin market is rapidly maturing. On September 10, the total market cap of stablecoins was approximately $305.25 billion, with USDT accounting for 60.07%; PYUSD's market cap was approximately $2.814 billion, ranking eighth.
