Odaily reports: Polymarket has hired its first-ever Chief Financial Officer. The prediction market company is seeking new investment and aiming to regain momentum after falling behind its main competitor, Kalshi. According to a company statement, Warren Jenson joined Polymarket this week; he had previously held senior finance roles at media research firm Nielsen and marketing company LiveRamp. At 69 years old, he brings decades more experience than the company's young 28-year-old founder and CEO, Shayne Coplan. "Warren has led the finances of some of the most important companies in the world, and his experience will be critical to everything we build from here on out," Coplan said. (Bloomberg)
