Odaily News World announced that the project has entered Phase 3 of its third year, which will focus on advancing the application of proof-of-personhood in more scenarios around World ID, including real-name participation in Zoom meetings, preventing bots in Tinder matches, and combating ticket scalpers for concert tickets. Currently, the World ID network has covered over 39 million users globally. World stated that the next phase will further expand proof-of-personhood to consumer platforms, enterprise customer identity verification, and human identity binding for AI agents. It also plans to launch a new version of the World ID application and announce further developments this autumn.
