Iran reiterates there is no hostile relationship with neighboring Gulf states
Odaily reported that Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement calling on neighboring countries on the southern coast of the Persian Gulf to immediately take measures to prevent their land, sea, and airspace from being used for military actions against Iran, in order to avoid further escalation of regional conflicts. The statement indicated that Iran does not want the US and Israel to exploit this to intensify opposition and suspicion among regional countries. Furthermore, Iran emphasized that there is no hostile relationship between Iran and its neighboring countries, and it has always believed that the only way to achieve lasting regional security is for regional countries to strengthen dialogue and cooperation, and to jointly maintain regional stability without the presence of foreign military forces and external interference.
