By updating the Gate App to version V8.29.0, users can follow professional traders with a single click to simultaneously invest in US, Hong Kong, and Korean stocks, as well as all categories of ETFs, further lowering the barrier for users to build a global multi-market stock portfolio.
In terms of functionality, users can enter the stock copy trading section to view key data indicators such as trader performance, historical drawdowns, and number of copiers, and select suitable lead traders based on their investment preferences. The system employs a proportional replication mechanism, dynamically calculating positions based on the ratio of available assets between the copier and the lead trader. This achieves a high degree of fidelity to the trader's stock holdings, supporting synchronized execution of buy, partial sell, and full sell orders.
Gate's stock copy trading supports fractional shares, allowing participation in position building with as little as 0.01 shares, thus lowering the entry barrier for high-value stocks.
