Odaily星球日报讯 U.S. Senate Majority Leader John Thune stated that the CLARITY Act may not receive final passage before the summer recess, but he hopes at least to begin floor consideration before the break.
Previously, the industry had viewed August 7 as a key window for the bill's passage this year. If it is delayed until the fall, the likelihood of completing legislation by 2026 could decrease. White House crypto advisor Patrick Witt said the Senate could still advance related procedures in the first week of August, but the possibility of the CLARITY Act facing a final vote in July is low.
